I've always hated those that PUSH Multitasking. I've been in the office environment for about 28 years now and have been though all the "time-saving", "QUALITY", "Stress free environment", and any other stupid seminar/classes out there in the corporate world, but the most irritating to me are the ones that swear multitasking is a good thing. How can it be a good thing? If you are giving something the attention it deserves then you can't, I repeat "CAN NOT" give something else the attention that IT should have. In my humble opinion if you are multitasking you are in fact working on two or more things at once or switching back and forth between multiple tasks and giving NONE of them your all, which in the end means you will take longer to complete the multiple tasks and more than likely none of them will not have the quality outcome that they would have had if you had given each task your undivided attention. There I said it! That goes for your personal life too! Especially raising kids and paying attention(undivided attention) to family members and friends and especially kids! And now here's the PROOF. By the way, no other tasks were in process while I wrote this most excellent blog!
